FEES Although we bill your insurance company directly for office surgeries, we ask for payment for all other services at the time they are provided. This is to avoid additional account handling expenses. If your account is not paid in full at the time of the visit, we'll need to add a $10.00 billing charge. And, because our bank fines us when a check doesn't clear an account, DAYONE charges and additional fee when a check is returned for insufficient funds. We encourage our patients with serious financial problems, to please let us know. They may consult with our office manager and together we'll work to find ways to help ease the financial burden.
