INSURANCE As a special service to our senior citizens, we bill Medicare directly from our office and complete the forms for you. You will be responsible for your deductible and patient portion. DayOne will also bill your insurance company for office surgery, obstetric care and hospital care. If you have any questions about your insurance please let us know and we will be glad to help you. Remember to keep your receipt after leaving our office; it has all the information you'll need to submit your claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.
