PHONE CALLS

DayOne doctors are almost always 'on the go' (in the hospital examining patients, house calls, etc.) and they are not always immediately available for phone calls. They will, however, return calls as soon as possible (emergencies are handled immediately). Our phones are staffed from 8:00am-5:30pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am to 12:00pm Saturday mornings. Our prescription line is open only during these hours. After hours the physicians cover urgent or emergency calls only. Prescriptions, appointment, scheduling, or cancellations need to be handled during our regular business hours. Don't hesitate to call at night or on weekends when a true problem exists. But please do not call during these times for 'routine' business.
